General Terms

Company, offering you services placed on a web-site [Insert Website URL, e.g., www.lemons.ge] and a mobile application [Lemons Group] (the “Platform”), as well as these Service Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”), is Lemons Group, a limited liability company, registered in accordance with the Legislation of Georgia, with an identification number: 401965977, (“Studio Lemon” or “we”).

These Terms and conditions, from the moment of your consent, represent a binding agreement between you (the “User” or “you”) and Lemons Group and regulates the terms and conditions of the services offered by us. Personal Data Protection Policy represents an integral part of these Terms and conditions. If you do not agree on certain provisions given in the Terms and conditions or/and Personal Data Protection Policy, do not accept it, however you will not be able to register on the Platform, open an account and receive a service. If you are registered on our Platform and have an account, this means that you have accepted the Terms and Conditions and Personal Data Protection Policy as valid at the time of registration.

1. Service Terms

1.1 Through our Platform, we offer and provide you with information about you Apartments and payment history (the “Service”).

1.2 In order to receive the Service tailored to you, you must enter correct and complete information about your characteristics in the appropriate fields on the Platform.

1.3 The Service is intended for your personal use only.

1.4 The programs/services presented on the Platform are given in audio-visual and/or written form. Programs and Services are subject to change. The description and cost of each of them is given on the Platform. All and any information posted on the Platform and in connection with the Services and/or programs represents the core terms of the Services and therefore is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

1.5 You pay for the Service through a secure payment channel of the payment service provider and/or the bank integrated on the Platform, therefore we do not collect and store your payment card data.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 The Platform as a whole, as well as each of its components, website, mobile application, their designs, architecture and other software elements, our logo, name, motto, also the programs/content available on the platform, methods, audio-visual material and any other object used by Lemons Group in the process of providing the Services to you are intellectual property objects owned and/or rightfully possessed by Lemons Group. Lemons Group provides the Services to you for your personal use only and for a limited period of time, and this Agreement does not grant you any license or right to otherwise use any object of the intellectual property listed above.

3. Limitation of Liability

3.1 Accuracy of Information: We make every effort to ensure that the information displayed on the Platform regarding your purchased apartment(s), payment history, current debts, and contracts is accurate and up-to-date. However, the Platform and the data therein are provided for informational purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy between the data displayed on the Platform and the official accounting records or the original written agreements signed between you and Lemons Group, the official accounting records and the original written agreements shall prevail.

3.2 Technical Delays: You acknowledge that data regarding payments and remaining balances may be updated with a delay due to technical synchronization with banking systems or internal processing procedures. Lemons Group excludes all liability for any temporary inaccuracies in the displayed financial data caused by such delays.

3.3 Service Availability: We do not guarantee that the Platform will function without interruption or errors at all times. Lemons Group shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the temporary unavailability of the Platform, technical glitches, or any data loss caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (including, but not limited to, third-party server failures or cyber-attacks).

3.4 User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Lemons Group shall not be liable for any damages or information leaks resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your negligence or failure to secure your device and password.

4. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

4.1 These Terms and Conditions are regulated and interpreted in accordance with the applicable legislation of Georgia.

4.2 Any dispute that may arise between us out of and/or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and/or the Personal Data Protection Policy shall be resolved in the common courts of Georgia.

5. Amendments and Additions

5.1 Lemons Group has the right to change the types of the Services, the terms and prices at any time without prior notice, however the changes will not affect the programs and Services that you have already purchased.

5.2 Lemons Group is also entitled to make changes to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Personal Data Protection Policy, at any time. The updated version of the mentioned documents will be uploaded to the Platform and the date of publication will be indicated, which will be the date of the declaration of invalidity of the previous version of the document and the date of entry into force of the new version of the document. From the mentioned date, the new version of the Terms and Conditions, as well as the Personal Data Protection Policy, will apply to your use of the Service, regardless of whether you purchased the Service before or after the effective date of the updated version of the document. We may send you notice of changes to the documents. You are advised to check the current valid version of the Terms and Conditions and the Personal Data Protection Policy on our website and/or mobile application from time to time.

5.3 These Terms and Conditions and Personal Data Protection Policy may be published in various languages. In case of discrepancy between the texts of the documents the Georgian version of the text shall prevail.
